General information
RGB Color Picker is an informational utility for selecting colors and converting common color representations. It is provided for general design, development and educational use.
Color appearance varies
A numeric color value can appear different across displays because of device characteristics, brightness, calibration, browser rendering, operating-system color management and surrounding colors. A value shown here does not guarantee identical physical appearance on every screen.
CMYK values are approximate
CMYK output is a mathematical conversion from an RGB screen color. Professional printing depends on inks, paper, press conditions and color-management profiles. For color-critical print work, use a printer-approved workflow and appropriate ICC profiles or proofs.
Contrast guidance
The tool calculates contrast ratios for the selected color against white and a dark reference color. The AA indicator is a convenience for screening normal-text contrast; accessibility conformance can depend on the actual foreground/background pair, text size, weight, interface state and other requirements.
No professional guarantee
While the tool is designed to produce consistent mathematical conversions, it is not a substitute for professional color-management, accessibility, print-production or legal advice. Verify outputs when the consequence of an error is significant.
